Below are key dates around when AHDB will issue Statutory Levy Return forms, invoices and collect what is due in levy to the Board.
Where a Return is required, but the Board does not receive one, the Board may estimate what it believes is due to it in Levy,
this will be at a higher rate and will fall due for payment immediately.
Failing to make a return to AHDB is an offence.
